How-to
Eight guides, each with a result that works
Not reference documentation. Eight things you can do in an afternoon, in the order you would do them anyway.
The order matters: each guide assumes you have done the one before it. You can skip, but then the gap is yours to fill.
- 01 Your first assistant in 10 minutes An assistant that can take a call: transcriber, model, voice, prompt, and a published version. 10 minutes
- 02 Connect a phone number A number that rings and reaches your assistant. Through Twilio, or through your own SIP trunk. 15 minutes
- 03 Give it tools: MCP and an external API An MCP server connected, its tools filtered, plus an HTTP tool you write yourself. 20 minutes
- 04 Answers from your own documents A knowledge base from your documents, attached to an assistant, with hybrid retrieval. 15 minutes
- 05 An outbound campaign, from list to report From a CSV to a report, with calling windows and compliance rules. 25 minutes
- 06 When the agent hands the call to a person A queue, operators with skills, and an assistant that knows when to hand the call over. 20 minutes
- 07 Recordings, transcripts and your own bucket Dual-channel recording, transcripts, and the files in your bucket rather than ours. 15 minutes
- 08 Where the cost of a call comes from Where the number on the invoice comes from, and how to take it apart. 10 minutes
Written against the real console, gaps included
Every step was checked in the console. Button labels are the ones the interface actually shows, not translations invented for this page. Where the interface is still in English, the guide says so.
Every guide ends with what does not work yet. That is not modesty; it is cheaper for both of us than you finding out at step four.
