Talk to the person who wrote it
One developer builds and runs CallAgent, and answers this form. Tell us what you are trying to do with a telephone line and you will get a real answer, including when the answer is that this is not the right product yet.
The honest demo is that we call you. There is no number to ring yet and no self-serve trial — leave a number and a window, and a live assistant rings back on the same outbound path a customer would use.
What we can actually show you
A voice product should be demonstrated on a telephone, not in a slide. Three things exist today and each one shows a different half of the system.
What does not exist, said here rather than discovered later: there is no public number you can ring right now, no self-serve trial, no sandbox account and no calendar to book a slot in. The pieces for the first of those are built and the number is not provisioned; when it is, it appears on this page.
-
We ring you, with an assistant on the line
You give a number and a window, we place an outbound call through the same path a customer's campaign uses, and an assistant answers you. You hear the latency, the interruptions and the Romanian, which is the part nobody can show you in a recording.
-
The console, on a call that is happening
A shared screen while the call above is running: the live event timeline with millisecond offsets, the transcript arriving turn by turn, the cost of each provider accruing, and the recording landing in storage afterwards.
-
Your assistant, on your number
The longer version. Bring a Twilio account and a number and we build the assistant you actually need on a call, then hand you the account. It takes an afternoon and it ends with something that works rather than something that was demonstrated.
There is no number published here yet. When one is provisioned it appears on this page and not before.
The home page takes one real call apart event by event — thirty-two seconds, eighty-three events, and a first-token latency that missed its own budget. It is a better use of five minutes than a demo, because it includes the parts a demo would edit out.
Tell us what you need
Everything except your name, your email address and what you want is optional. A telephone number and a window are what make a callback possible rather than an email thread.
What you type is stored so that somebody can reply to it, and it is not used for anything else. Your IP address is not stored — a keyed hash of it is, so that one submitter can be recognised across several forms without anybody keeping addresses. Nothing here is passed to an advertising network, because there is not one.
If a form is the wrong shape
| No public address is published yet. The form is the route, and it reaches the same person. | |
| Address | No registered address is published yet. It goes here when there is a company to name rather than a person working alone. |
| Response time | One working day, usually the same one. If it has been three, something went wrong at our end rather than yours — send it again. |
| Compliance and DPO questions | The sub-processor list, the data processing agreement and the records of processing are published, so most of the questionnaire is already answered. Send the ones they do not cover through this form and mark it a technical question. |
| Something broken, or a vulnerability | Use the form and say so in the first line. There is no bug bounty and no coordinated disclosure programme, which is worth knowing before you spend a weekend on it. |
Answers that save you the message
Is there a free trial?
No. There is no self-serve sign-up, no trial account and no credit card form. The product is early and every account so far has been set up in a conversation, which is slower for you and much more honest about what is finished.
Can I ring a number and hear it?
Not yet, and this page will say so until it changes. The outbound path works, so the callback demo is real; a published inbound number is a provisioning step that has not happened.
What will it cost me?
A €0.10 per minute platform margin on billable seconds, plus what the transcription, model, speech and telephony vendors charge, at their price. Bring your own keys and you pay only the margin. The pricing page has the arithmetic and a real call to check it against.
Does it actually work in Romanian?
Yes, and the language is pinned rather than auto-detected, because a transcriber left on multilingual labelled Romanian speech as Hindi on a real call. The default pipeline is tuned for Romanian and the one sample call on this site is a Romanian one.
How big is the team?
One person. That is on the about page, on the security page and in the data processing agreement, because it is the single most useful fact for deciding whether to buy — it means fast answers and no support rota, and you should weigh both.

The notification is written and deliberately not dispatched:
